Alanna Grey PT, DPT

Alanna Grey is a seasoned physical therapist based in California, with a wealth of experience spanning almost 15 years. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Columbia University, and honed her skills in a world-class neurological rehabilitation facility before making the switch to outpatient orthopedics, where her true passion lies.

Dr. Grey's dedication to her field is evident in her published and presented research on adolescent female athletes. She finds particular fulfillment in treating this population and continues to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sports medicine.

Outside of work, Alanna is a devoted mother and enjoys spending time with her one-year-old daughter at the beach. She also has a passion for baking healthy snacks and loves experimenting with new recipes in her free time.

As an Ironman triathlete, Alanna is uniquely qualified to work with the local triathlon community, helping athletes return to sport and optimize their performance through activity modification and injury prevention. She is also skilled in performing running and biomechanical analysis, allowing her to identify and address underlying issues that can impact athletic performance.

Sarah Muzzio PT, DPT

Dr. Sarah Muzzio, DPT, is a highly skilled physical therapist with a passion for helping athletes prevent and recover from injuries. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Michigan and has been practicing in California for the last 7 years. Sarah's dedication to her profession is reflected in her participation in a one-year residency program with Beaumont Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in orthopedics, neurology, geriatrics, and cardiology under the guidance of board-certified physical therapists.

Since moving to Hermosa Beach 6 years ago, Sarah has focused on working with the neurologic population before transitioning to outpatient orthopedics. Her background as a level 8 gymnast, and her personal experience with injuries and sports, has given her unique insights into the challenges athletes face. Sarah's goal is to deliver high-quality, sport-specific rehabilitation that not only helps athletes recover but also prevents future injuries.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys exploring the many hiking trails and beaches of Southern California. She is also an avid foodie, and loves to discover new restaurants throughout LA with her friends.

Beyond her technical prowess, Bere's effervescent personality lights up any room she enters, consistently bringing smiles to those around her.
